The interview process begins with a phone screen where resume is reviewed and overview of the job is presented. Phone and Teams interviews follow. Some people will come into the office for an in person interview. Nursing can do a ride along with a staff nurse before proceeding in the interview process to see if the daily schedule is compatible with what they want.
