The process was very smooth.
They gave us a clear understanding of each interview beforehand, and you have enough time to prepare for it.
Step1. Phone interview (general screening questions)
Step2. Assignment
Step3. Phone interview with potential team members/supervisor
Step4. Presentation
Step5. Casual interview in person with potential team members/supervisor
They are very open to answer any questions I have before joining AP. I suggest to ask questions if you are not sure about presentation topics etc..

Afterward, I noticed that the same roles continue to be posted and reposted frequently, with listings remaining open for months. This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.

Processo strutturato volto alla comprensione totale del background professionale del candidato. Dopo un primo screening conoscitivo si passa ad una seconda fase più dettagliata e a seguire una terza fase di presentazione di un progetto. Importante la conoscenza di più di una lingua straniera.
