Mock essay, phone interview. Submitted qualifications, discussed expectations and support given from staff. Great, streamlined process that gets you working as soon as possible. Not at all stressful! The staff are very supportive and helpful, provide a proofreading service as standard to relieve research workload

When could I complete the test essay, was I aware of the amendment period for clients, exaplined what support staff could do for me, availability of database for researchers

I submitted some writing examples and answered various questions about my writing and academic experience. It was very straight forward and did not take long. They promptly got back to me after submitting my application.
