I was originally contact either via email or voicemail, cannot recall which. The call basically stated that ABSc came across my resume on a job search website and that I may be a potential fit for a vacancy. I reached back to the recruiter to inquire further about the vacancy. The recruiter did wind up making a promise of no travel required, that was later broken. I did have to complete a phone interview with the Program Manager at the time, prior to obtaining an offer. I was asked about 5 questions evaluating my training and professional experience. The questions were primarily open ended, requiring statement answers. I completed the phone interview and was contacted later that day by the recruiter and negotiated my salary and start date. After the negotiations, I received the offer letter via email and the rest is history.
