I had several rounds of interviews and probably spent 4 hours or more just on the interview times. I had a great dialogue and rapport with the interviewers and felt the interviews went well. They stated that they'd let me know within a week time frame and that was several weeks ago. Regardless of whether they wanted to hire me or not, the least they could have done is let me know that they are moving forward with another candidate especially considering that I was one of the finalists.
