My interview was taken into 3 different process. 1. General Aptitute,written. 2.Technical HR 3.Final Round with company MD. After a greeting welcome with company HR, I was basically asked about my introduction and background of qualification and family. And also explains all about what actaully company does and what kind of projects they have at their premises. Also negotiated on salary scale for Freshers and company rules on agreements of commitment for 3 years with the submission of any one original certificate. Then offered two aptitude test to seek the basic need of candidature ability to employ. First Aptitude test was average to solve, it consists all type of concepts from arithmetics, geometry, verbal ability general awareness questions. Second aptitude test was completely on Technical. Many basic engineering subjects were included such as SOM, Design, GDT, IC Engines, Thermodynamics, Turbines, HMT,FM, HP. Questions were framed to average difficulty. Then I was undergone to Technical HR interview And fallowerd by Final interview round with Company MD. Company MD is generous man and speaks affectionately supporting the work. Overall it is a nice atmosphere to start ur career at Hubli surroundings.
