I interviewed with both the president and the VP of marketing. Both women are well spoken and give off a more casual air. The interview was very relaxed and more of a discussion about marketing philosophies, as well as past experience. The thing most noted about this interview is how quickly it went along. I applied online and was invited for an in-person interview for the following week. From the time I applied, to the time I was given an offer from HR it was a total of 2 weeks long.
