Depending on whether or not there is a hiring freeze, you can usually expect to be contacted within the week by phone. They prefer that you not call to ask about employment status because we all use our personal cell phones as our contact. The interview process is pretty informal, wear something nice but we're not asking for a suit. You'll be asked about your experience in the field and whether or not you can handle certain situations. Be honest, because these situations are the norm for our company. You may or may not be called back for a last minute orientation, because we experience unexpected upswings in need of care and sometimes need immediate help.
