I was asked to interview two-three internal stakeholders (2-3 separate interviews). One stakeholder was directly involved in MBA internship recruitment process, the other two stakeholders were adjacent for an informal chat.

The interview process was broken up into three rounds. Each round consists of you interviewing with a manager and it was all strictly behavior. I conducted all my interviews over Zoom.

On campus recruiting. First Round - 1 interview with recruiter and 1 interview with someone at the company. In person. Then get matched to a team. Recruiter interview focused more on matching than on behavioral questions. Second round - 3 30 min interviews virtually throughout a day with the team you'd be working with.
