I had a HR interview to begin over teams then a in person interview for my second interview. They were very slow getting back to me and there was a month between the first and second interview

Entretien
It was long. Three sets of interviews. Last round was 4 different individuals. I know they do that because they want to make sure other managers up the ladder think you're promotable, but it was still extensive and lengthy.
