I went through 3 rounds of interviews that started with the recruiter, then the hiring manager and then with other members of the team. Each person I spoke to was very open about the company culture and their expectations for the role - especially that they require all employees to be at the office 5 days a week with either a Covid vaccination or negative Covid test. There didn't seem to be any flexibility on this.

Online interview of 30 min with HR. Asked about my academic background, experience, and why I am interested in this job. Scheduled for 30 min but lasted 15 min. You can ask the HR questions at the end of the interview. Straight to the point and went smoothly.
