The first time when the recruiter had to call me, she was 15 mins late, then I thought this might be one time thing due to being busy. The next day I was invited for an interview at 10, and the actual time given to the hiring manager was 9.30. Apart from that the hiring manager was asking to elaborate on the gaps in my resume as who knows, maybe I have been in jail. Overall, the interview was quite unprofessional from both the recruiter and the manager's side
