Interviews with recruiter initially by phone. After initial phone screen there was one formal phone interview scheduled with Team Lead and Department Manager. A second in person interview was scheduled the week after that.

The first two interviews were very straightforward, getting to know the employee and answering any questions. The team interview involved technical questions and other knowledge required for the job. The overall experience was great, and the team was very friendly throughout the whole interview.
