J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abbott (Santa Ana, CA) en sept. 2016
Entretien
Talked with recruiter over the phone for about 3 weeks, then within three weeks met with hiring manager (Director of Sales) and HR Director in person in their Santa Ana office. The interviews were about 45 minutes each. For reasons explained in the "interview questions" section of this review, I withdrew my application.

Question 1
Director of Sales asked why I had not listed all my jobs on my resume. I have over 20 years of experience and did not feel that listing jobs I had while in job or after was relevant to the position I was interviewing for. I had the feeling he was trying to guess my age.
It was 4 rounds of interviews including direct ,manager, H.R and the global presedent and an assesment that took 5 hours. Assesment involve role playing and scenerios in a pressure enviroment
Quite straightforward, with HR, hiring manager, DVP. Was F2F in SG office. Usually TA would reach out to schedule timings and check availability. Overall like to see candidate deal with complexity and uncertainty in a matrix organisation
Very good experience despite not being selected. Serious and professional HR contact, although there was no response to my last email asking for additional information for not being selected.
Second interview was a bit long, but I think they wanted to cover all aspects.
Would so it again

Question 1
Typical questions regarding skills and experience with HR and more in-depth during second interview. Nothing surprising
