Interview consist of two rounds back to back. In general, the two people i interviewed with were very nice but the senior manager tends to ask tougher questions to trick the interviewee.

Multi‑step interview process with recruiter screening, technical and behavioral rounds, and final conversations with leadership. Initially rejected and then invited for a screening call when job was reposted. Following this I was scheduled for 1:1 with hiring manager. Video call was scheduled for 1 hour, but ‘interview’ lasted 10 minutes. Was talking through my experience and was interrupted by a “thank you for applying and I wish you all the best.” Total waste of time for all involved.
Initial screening call followed by series of four back to back interviews and a final interview with the DVP. The interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical asks about classes, experiences, why Abbott, understanding how one would go about completing a finance task, goals, etc.
