Called in to interview with 4 people, albeit separately. Interviews went very well. I knew 3 of the 4 people as I had worked with them before on a contract basis. Each interview was about a half an hour.

The interview took 4 rounds, each round is about 1hour and the whole process took over 2 month time. The longest interview ever. The first 2 rounds was with recruitment agents. Then round 3 was with Abbott IT manager in Chicago and Solution Architect in Switzerland. Last round was with 2 directors from Germany and American. What I don't understand is they does not seem to communicate with each other. I was asked the same questions on every single interview.
