I made it through 3 rounds: recruiter, team leads, and department head. I thought it was going well, so I was disappointed to be ghosted after the 3rd round. No formal rejection, no communication, just never heard from them again. Eventually I tried reaching out to the recruiter who said they would try to get me an update...and then I was ghosted for a second time. It was a frustrating way to end what had been an otherwise positive experience.
