The interview process was thorough and challenging, consisting of multiple rounds including technical questions, problem-solving tasks, and behavioural assessments. Additionally, I was flown in person to Vancouver, with all travel expenses covered, to present on my experience and research. The interviewers assessed both my scientific knowledge and teamwork skills. Overall, it required significant preparation and critical thinking.

They asked me to please describe a complex research problem I faced and how I solved it.
Disorganized, multiple layers, slow follow-up, only to be told I didn't have enough experience, despite having twice what they requested. The initial screener seemed nice, but she didn't seem to understand enough about the research to accurately describe my experience to the next level.

Interview process is so lengthy as if they are the best of the best. One should understand on going through resume and every candidate is not expertise in what company look for. Interviewer should Look for whether candidate has “can do” and “go for extra mile and can dive into projects” and not that the candidate doesn’t have experience in companies pipeline therapeutic areas.
