Interview with competency questions and hard questions which were very specific to the class of business , made to think quickly and was very difficult compared to most interviews. They were very friendly but asked quite difficult questions

Casual and conversational. Team was very approachable and made the process easy to navigate. HR also very helpful navigating the onboarding process. Would recommend the process to others, as well.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for screening call. Had 2 informal interviews 1 hour each mainly asking questions to see if cultural fit and work ethics are a match, did not ask any technical questions.
