It was smooth. There were four rounds. 1. Interview HR call 2. Written assessment 3. Technical round- Ask basic questions about the profile. . . . . . . 4. Managerial round

1. About yourself 2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years 3. Insurance related questions
Technical questions along with few HR related questions, questions related to insurance and reinsurance sector, basic insurance terminologies, your educational background related questions, that's all, if you are well versed with insurance sector, you can sail through the interview.
3 interview conversations, language check was the easiest one. They asked a lot of questions regarding current job, initiatives taken proactively, difficulties that I met and how I deal with them etc.
