The recruitment process was in 3 stages: online application, screening call, video interview. I applied online and then had a screening call with the Clinical Services Manager. I didn't hear back for a few weeks and then I got an apologetic call asking if I'm still interested in the role, offering to progress to the final interview stage. The final interview stage was a 2 people panel (direct supervisors and managers) and was split into 4 sections: an overview about the role with a CV overview and discussion; case study, competency based questions and questions for the candidate (including availability for shifts, pay, etc). Overall had a pleasant experience during the interview. The interviewing managers made a point to discuss shifts& other committments and plan for workload with wellbeing of staff in mind, which in my experience is a sign of a healthy environment, where decision-makers care about their staffs wellbeing and sanity.
