J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez AXA UK (Tunbridge Wells, Angleterre) en mars 2021
Entretien
I applied online and also had a referral as I used to work for AXA years ago, so still have some friends working there.
I had a quick call with someone from the HR team, and then had a telephone interview that was a competency based interview, also with someone from HR.
I was not put through to the next round of interviews as I was told that I didn't have the relevant experience.
As stated, I did work for AXA several years ago, however I can appreciate that my experience might not be relevant as I worked in Insurance and this interview was for the Health team.
I do however feel a bit disappointed at the reason for the rejection as the HR team already knew my experience - so if I wasn't suitable then I shouldn't have been invited to interview. Instead it got my hopes up when in fact I was never really in with a chance.
