Phone call to determine fit and describe position. In-person interview at NYC office where you have to create a presentation on how to grow your "book" and keep adding customers as well as discussion of compensation structure.

The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Describe yourself in three words. On a scale of 1-10, how determined/outgoing are you?
Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
