The process started with an open evening in which you gain information on the job and company, are shown around the offices and meet the hiring team, all extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. Then came a phone interview that lasted about half an hour. Found out at the end of the interview that I was successful. The next stage was an assessment half day which included a role play of answering a phone call, a presentation about the role and a 1:1 interview. This assessment day was genuinely enjoyable. The interview was friendly and conversational, flowing very easily. Throughout the whole process AXA gave a lot of information and support to help you present the best of yourself.
