Entretien
I had a telephone interview which lasted around thirty minutes. The interviewer first went into more detail about the role, the company, start dates and training. She asked me a few generic questions about my background and how my skills/experiences suit the job requirements. I was also asked two competency based questions (see below) and we also did a listening test. The benchmark for the test was 8/10. The interviewer was really lovely and made me feel at ease right away.

Entretien
Started off with basic questions such as why change in career, this is a stressful job do you think you’ll manage. Went on to rile play which was straight forward. Asked scenario based questions based on their 6 values.

applied then was shortlisted for an online scenario based test then was shortlisted for a group call. structured interview. HR was friendly and it was a very professional process that I would recommend.

Entretien
The first step was an online assessment. On the day of the interview, there was a presentation about the company and the position, followed by a group exercise and a one on one competence based interview. The team was super nice.
