I took job interview twice.First I joined intern, but it is very easy. In japan, intern is very easy. Then my current manager asked me some question. Looking back, it is interview. I answered I wish I could study abroad, and enhance my IT skill like machine learning...
I guess they need free thinker. Because Japanese people is very conservative.
Application using the online form and then interview. However, I do not recomment applying there are they don't value the skills and only focus on the age of the candidate.
