I was invited to attend an interview on Friday 8th March at Lichfield. I was informed the interview would be with Adam Hughes branch manager. The interview was a blended format including technical role related questions, cv and biographical questions. I was a little nervous at the beginning. Adam very quickly put me at ease and helped me relax. Maybe a little to much, I felt like I had talked to much and when I gave him chance to ask his questions I had already answered some of them. Overall I enjoyed the interview and felt that Adam had been very fair, respectful and understanding.

Very professional and friendly staff, checked about the past work experience. Asked three to four competency questions. Explained the nature of work and daily activity and shift patterns . How the travel expenses are paid .
