Interview process is terrible in fact in my case I didn’t see any process which tell enough about Aweber the how did organize they are. There recruiter approach me via email then had a phone screening with recruiter, she told me that she is going to forward and schedule second interview, instead of getting second interview I got and email that they are passing me. Terrible Terrible process.
