Had a phone interview first, then was invited in for an onsite where I met with 5 individuals over three hours. I have to say it was a very stress free environment and they made me feel welcomed and free to be myself. I met with the CTO, COO, CMO, HR Director and Sr. Recruiter, and with all, I felt like I was having a natural conversation rather than being "interviewed." Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd say I do it again, but that would be silly!
