Phone interview from the hiring manager, she asked about my professional background, a few personal questions to break the ice. She was extremely friendly, yet not up front about what the actual job entailed. I was also told that there was supposed to be a 1 on 1 in person interview that followed but I either met or exceeded the skills that were needed.
