Online interview, then a one day assessment centre in Aldermaston, pretty full on. Constantly monitoring you with group and individual activities and both a technical and personal interview. The group activities are tough to prepare for but overall fairly enjoyable. There were around 15 of us for a potential 3 ish roles.
