Very odd. I had two sessions with the MD. One via teams and the second was face to face with the leadership team. Overall, I felt the interview went well and was conducted with a strong line of questioning and a short proposal around immediate focus areas. What was most surprising to me was the complete lack of communication from this point forward. I did follow up directly with the MD and with HR however there was no responses at all. In short, I think I dodged a bullet with this company. I was warned that the MD was a weak man and this seemed to be the case
