Very easy application - found job posting via LinkedIn. Received a call and was asked briefly about my skillset and experience. A couple days later I had a Microsoft Teams video interview with 3 people from the team and it went very well. Easy interview even if you do bare minimum of research. Received an offer letter via E-mail less than a week later but had to decline due to low offer, as it would have been a drastic pay cut (tried to negotiate but no wiggle room was available). Definitely seems like a good company, really kind folks interviewed me, and was excited for the role. Unfortunately the results of this process could’ve been avoided if the company had posted the pay range with the job description. It wastes everyone’s time when corporations withhold this info!
