Overall process was smooth and quick. I would say that there were a few too many interviews but it was very thorough. I can appreciate that though. Overall enjoyed the process.

There was an in person interview with the Director. The focus was mostly on the traditional personality type interview questions. There was not a huge emphasis on technical skill. The overall interview seemed very casual unlike those at larger corporations. I received a follow-up within a week and negotiated salary over the phone. This was then followed by background checks and drug tests. No professional references were called although they were provided.

Interview was as described and considerate of my time. Relevant questions with an organic give and take in the time we had. The recruiter was very precise in the information provided which helped to show that this company was organized.
