First interview with the HR person, then a 3 hours technical test and finally an interview with a Junior Data Analyst where we spoke of my experience and my approach to the technical test + quick market sizing. The hiring process was efficient with the HR person keeping me updated regularly. The interviews were meaningful business conversations.
