After I applied on Indeed, I received Onsite interview request. No other negotiation process. totally wasting time. Long waiting time before interview, horrible experience, very unprofessional, immidiately rejection because of visa sponsorship problem

There were two rounds of interviews. Both in-person. The first interview is with HR and the second will be with CEO himself or the director of the department. Not many technical questions. Mostly behavioral.
