Entretien
1. Apply online, take personality test.
2. Screening interview over phone. This consisted of general work history questions. There were also a few behavioral questions regarding customer service and sales.
3. Interview with Central Hiring Manager for area. This was a more detailed interview in which the job description was clearly laid out and base pay/commission was explained. The Hiring Manager also asked general qualifying questions such as "Will working in a commission based environment be acceptable to you in this position?". There were also a set of behavioral questions much like those asked in the phone interview. In this interview you also let the company know in what locations you are willing to work.
4. Interview with Store Manager in store you will be working. This interview had more behavioral questions. The Manager may also have you describe your current cellular device or a device/devices he/she provides you (be as detailed as possible with your response).
