I don't understand why companies have a test. The test says that there is no wrong or right answers. But yet after I take the test, I get an email that says you did not Pass. There is no explanation.

What has happened to our society when an PHD makes some algorithm in a test before even meeting the person.
I am seasoned sales professional. How about meeting the person before making a decision.
