Easy interviews with basic questions and some roleplay, but the whole process was confusing and not well managed. You have to do two interviews typically and then HR contacts you.

Entretien
I applied online and went through a “personality test”, then got an email inviting me to schedule an interview in person. Interview was done in the store with the manager and assistant manager. They asked questions, went through responsibilities, then talked about pay and scheduling. Very positive!

Entretien
I applied on line for the Part time retail sales Consultant. Then I received two assessments. I completed the assessments and then they asked me to participate in a video interview. The video interview down loaded very slowly. To my dismay It asked me only one question . Then the other questions did not down load at all. I tried my computer and also my phone to complete the video interview. But was not successful. I e-mail the recruiter who has sent me the interview. But she did not reply to me as the e -mail address she provided to me was not existed. But the AT&T Talent Acquisition Team sent me the video interview three times asking me to complete it. Their e-mail is a no reply e-mail so I cannot contact them to let them know the problem I am having. I tried to call the Anderson SC, AT&T store since they had the vacancy, several times but they would not answer the phone. My message to AT&T is please avoid this happening this to future candidates. It was a waste of my time. You should have a system that works better and if a candidate has a problem they should be able to address the issue to somebody and get it resolved. Sending me the same video interview again and again does not help.
