Semi formal interview process. Basic sales questions to learn more about your experience and how you would handle a sales environment. Also, questions a out who you are as a person. Before the interview they give you a questionnaire to fill out that classifies you into a type of person. They can help identify how you react in environments with hat as well.
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.

The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.
