Be prepared to answer normal sales questions:
1) describe a time you overcame a challenge
2) describe a time you sold A or B or persuaded someone to buy something
etc.
Three rounds of interviews all completely virtually. For the last round there was a project due to speak to how you plan on making an impact on 30-60-90 days focused on employee growth, store profitability, the steps you believe will get you there
