Conducted basic phone interview with situational questions and wanted solid examples of successful sales experience...telecom experience was not as important as strong selling skills as well as time management skills. After the video there was a web conference to simulate an in person interview.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
