Initial interviews are funneled through an external recruiter. They ask basic behavioral questions and questions regarding sales experience. As a recent grad with 2 years sales experience I was surprised to not even go on past the screening round, but with big corporations like ATT I imagine they want someone who can live and breath ATT so talk more about adaptability (working with clients/managers/etc) and willingness to learn their ways through the 6 month training. Note: The screening interview is very awkward and one sided becuase the recruiter is just asking questions and giving no feedback or personality back to you and then takes long pauses when you finish talking to take notes.
