1. HR Screening Call to discuss background and work experience.
2. On site technical interview. First part just chatting on current experience and projects. Then a code pairing session on a problem to gauge your programming and communication.
3. Behavioral interview with hiring manager

Prepare for technical iv especially when your doing BE. Interviewer is good. Ask questions when you are not sure. Be truthful to yourself. How can you contribute to the team if you got accepted to join the company.

Smooth online interview process, asked me about my knowledge and experience, seemed engaged in the conversation even though I clearly did not meet the requirements, explained what the role is and what the job is like very clearly
