I got call for the position of Ground Software engineer. The interview process is so slow. They scheduled interview and panel didn't join saying there was some important work and again the interview is scheduled after two weeks. In between the old and new interview there was no communication at all regarding the interview.
In the interview 3 questions all are coding questions. one python, one Js and one Angular. I wrote code for all 3 and showed the output as well what they are expecting. Then later i called them regarding the interview feedback and they ghosted saying that if you didn't get any call back then you are not selected. I didn't understand their expectations. There was no proper communication.
