1 on 1 pretty straight forward no background checks, just basically tried to gauge your responses so that it fit their criteria. After we were done they said they would call me back if I fit what they were looking for.

Entretien
The interview was about 20 minutes tops asked basic questions and then gave me the job. Which was the best part of the day. Which cause suspense at first considering this was my first job and the salary was very good starting at 14$ an hour. I had to take a basic test which I passed and overall the whole girding process was easy And a success.

Entretien
they make you read a script and answer questions, if you pass that your hired. After the interview process is done they have you do a 3 day training then you are on the phones by yourself
