Called in after a screener phone interview. Brought to a large basement conference room and interviewed a couple of rounds with 2-3 guys and eventually the CEO. All team members where over 60 years age setting the vibe for the organization. Large sense of pride in the organization and its continued success of government and other large "service" contracts over 30 years. Very much a bait and switch situation... job duties entailed of cold calling other companies for leads. Even after my job application with salary history and screener call discussed salary expectations the CEO still tried to offer me 20% less money than i am currently making and about half what i was asking for.... this is 2022, in the NY Metro area ASR must not have hired anyone since the 90s to be that out of touch.
