The whole process consisted of: - Initial 15 call with the internal recruiter - 1 hour technical & behavioral interview going deeper into my past experiences and technical knowledge with a lead engineer and an engineering manager. - 2 hour pair programming test with another lead and senior engineer followed by a 30 minute behavioral interview with a tech lead. All interviews were completed remotely. Really solid process, with no unnecessary fluff like leetcode/hackerank algorithmic tests. In all there's over 3 hours of pretty intense technical interviewing, so not the easiest process I've ever been through but as long as you know your stuff you definitely have the opportunity to show your best.
