Only got to phone screen, very sexist, ageist questioning. Person asking questions was very concerned about my age and ethnicity. None of the questions seemed at all relevant to the job or general work experience that I had. They asked questions that I didn’t even think were legal such as questions trying to ascertain my age which were not related to my ability to work
