I was contacted via email and scheduled a Video Interview through their platform for a week after, the interview was with a recorded video of a recruiter asking questions and I had about a minute to record a short answer and upload it.

first video interview then assessment centre. then you have a 1 on 1 interview with a technical and non technical person. fairly straight forward process. as along as you show you're willing to learn you'll be good
